Questions

Which countries can you register a company in?

India, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. We can also plan a group that spans more than one of them.

Can you set us up in more than one country at once?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper to plan it that way than to incorporate somewhere, trade for a year, and then fit a second company under a structure that was never designed to hold one. We map the group first, then file in the right order.

How long does company registration take?

It depends on the country. A UK company is usually registered within a day of filing, and many US states register in days. A UAE licence often takes about two weeks, and an Indian company two to three weeks. These are typical times once your documents are complete, not guarantees; visas and bank accounts take longer.

Do I need to travel?

For a UK or US company, usually not. In India most steps are online, though foreign documents must be notarised and apostilled. In the UAE the licence can often be arranged remotely, but residence visas and most bank accounts need you there in person.

Can you open a bank account for the company?

We prepare the documents banks ask for and make introductions where we can. The bank makes the decision, and anyone who promises you an account before the bank has seen your file is guessing.

What happens after the company exists?

A company creates recurring obligations: filings, renewals and returns. The penalties for missing them are usually worse than the cost of doing them. We hand over a calendar of what falls due and when, and handle the filings on a retainer if you prefer.

Is this legal advice?

No. We handle formation, licensing and compliance as a service, and we tell you plainly when something needs a qualified lawyer or accountant in that country.
